Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is Rey cheaper than Flatsome?

For one site, no. Flatsome is $59 once with lifetime updates and 6 months of support. Rey is $59 a year, or $69 to $139 once. Over time the difference is support: Flatsome charges about $18 for each extra 6 months, Rey's $139 plan includes support for life. For five sites, Rey is $349 once against $295 for five Flatsome licenses.

Which page builder does each theme use?

Flatsome ships its own builder, UX Builder, and its pages are built with it. Rey uses the free version of Elementor and adds 55 widgets of its own. If you move from Flatsome to Rey, pages built in UX Builder are rebuilt in Elementor.

Which one is faster?

Rey publishes the mobile PageSpeed score of every demo: 79 to 98, median 92. Flatsome does not publish scores, so we measured three of its demos in September 2026 with the same Lighthouse settings. They weigh 921 KB to 1.9 MB on mobile, against 163 to 580 KB for the 19 Rey demos.

Can I move a store from Flatsome to Rey?

Products, orders and customers stay in WooCommerce and are not touched by a theme change. Pages built with UX Builder are rebuilt in Elementor, and the theme settings are set again.

Who answers support tickets?
