Rey relies on WooCommerce as its ecommerce engine and Elementor as its page builder. Any other plugins Rey suggests are optional, not required.

Rey is a no-code solution. For most stores you won’t touch a line of code. Deeper customisations may call for some, but that’s the exception, not the rule.

Support speed is the thing reviewers mention most. Response time depends a little on your timezone since we’re GMT+2, but we cover all weekdays, including Sunday.

No. Rey is built modular and load-on-demand, so only the features you actually use get loaded. It’s engineered for high PageSpeed scores out of the box, and reytheme.com itself runs on Rey.

In most cases, yes. Rey is tested against WooCommerce, WordPress and Elementor releases and is built to coexist with large plugin stacks: WPML, Polylang, WP Rocket, ACF, Rank Math and more.

Elementor (free) is required. Elementor Pro is recommended for advanced layouts but isn’t mandatory. Rey adds its own widgets and a WooCommerce Builder on top of either.

When your support period expires, Rey keeps working as usual on your website – you just can’t submit new support tickets until you renew.
